Our human-centered design approach has resulted in product innovations that earned dozens of utility patents and design awards; IDSA Awards, ID Magazine, Chicago Athenaeum Good Design Awards and others.

Our work has been published in books and magazines such as Vogue Italia, Popular Mechanics, Ottagono, and Wired.

Our team has taught and/or teaches in prestigious institutions such as Columbia, Pratt, Parsons and Art Center College of Design.

ADRIANA KLIEGMAN
EnGineering & Sustainability

Adriana is a mechanical engineer who has worked internally and as a consultant for several Fortune 500 companies such as Energizer, Revlon, Stryker, Dell, and OXO Good Grips. She is passionate about developing products, services, and ideas with benefits that help improve people’s quality of life. She starts by understanding people’s needs, values, perceptions and lifestyles.

Her expertise in various manufacturing processes, technologies and materials allows her to find unique and innovative solutions that can be easily manufactured; She has developed and launched several patented products over the years resulting in revenue growth. To ensure that products are safe and reliable, she uses risk management techniques applied in the medical device industry. Moreover, her masters in sustainability helps her analyze the economic, social and environmental impacts associated with sourcing, use, disposal, and reuse of products.

KEVIN LOZEAU
Engineering & design research

Kevin is a mechanical engineer who has over 30 years of experience in new product development and an understanding of the subtleties of the creative process. Kevin contributes on many levels to help develop integrated experiences that require expertise in technology and usability as well as an understanding of what is and isn't possible to produce a product or experience that defines a brand and connects well with people.

Kevin engages a broad range of skills across many types of projects including concept development, technology audits, design research, expertise in Class A surfacing, manufacturing and analytic exploration. Kevin has worked across numerous industries, including consumer electronics, health, home, packaged goods and transportation for clients as diverse as, UCB, Acer, Coca-Cola, Homedics, HP, Unilever, Lexar, OrangeX, OXO, and Shell.

ARSENIO GARCIA Monsalve
Product design & Branding

Arsenio, is a product designer based in New York with over 20 years of experience working with North American, Latin American, Asian and European markets and clients, making him well versed in all aspects of the innovation process, from design research to product implementation. Arsenio has won several awards in his career, from IDSA Gold Awards to Chicago Athenaeum Good Design Awards. His work has been published in books and magazines including Vogue Italia, Popular Mechanics, Ottagono, Wired, and others. He teaches at the Parsons School of Design on the Product Design Master's program, as well as an Industrial Design Bachelor's class at the Pratt Institute.

He believes that functionality and usability can be married with beauty. His approach to product design and branding is multi-faceted, combining artistic and information-based methodologies. His strengths includes understanding trends, as well as transforming research data and insights into smart strategies, tangible concepts and designs that work successfully in the market.
